When you submit information (including text, images, videos, and other information) to us or participate in a contest or attempt to participate in a contest through the Site, we may collect certain information from you, including your name, address, email address, phone number (or other contact details), and payment information (including credit/debit card numbers, PayPal details, and details of other payment methods), the photos you upload on the Site, public comments on photos or in our forum, votes on your photos by our team of curators and brand ambassadors, results of Hall of Fame articles if you are featured in our Hall of Fame. We refer to this information as “Participant Information”. We collect Participant Information in our “session/contest database”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking collectively about Device Information and Participant Information.

How We Use Your Personal Information

For the purposes of improving and optimizing our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our participants browse and interact with our Site, and assessing the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns), we may process Device Information. Please do not supply any other person’s Personal Information to us, unless we prompt you to do so.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use Personal Information, as described above. To process your payments, we share Personal Information with our payment providers. To make our marketing communications more relevant, we share Personal Information with marketing platforms such as Google and Facebook. To enable and manage the sales of members’ photos(if and when relevant), We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our participants/visitors use the Site. There are lots of advantages to the use of cookies:

Severability
